Eva K. Sullivan teaches at Montgomery County Public Schools, Maryland, where she has taught English Multilingual Learners since 2001. In her spare time, she writes short stories, essays, and poetry, and has written a memoir about her years in Africa. She rows with Washington Rowing School in Bladensburg, MD, is a member of Potomac Boat Club in Washington DC, and Acting Head Coach for Montgomery Blair Crew.
Eva K. Sullivan was a U.S. Department of State English Language Fellow during 2017-2018 working in Vientiane, Laos PDR, Southeast Asia. Prior to that she taught English in West Africa for seven years.
